Data we collect

When you request a demo, we collect your first and last name, company, work email and, if you provide them, your phone number and use case.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data only to answer your request and discuss Harvis with you. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We never sell or share it.

Storage and retention

Data is stored in a Supabase database hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). It passes through the servers of our hosting provider, Vercel, when the form is submitted.

We keep it for up to 3 years after our last exchange, then delete it.

Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures traffic in aggregate, without cookies. This website sets no advertising cookies or trackers requiring your consent.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, or request its restriction or portability by writing to hakim.hamdad@harvis-technology.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
